The symposium is focused on 9 key areas, crash & safety, industry 4.0, low carbon vehicle, noise & vibration, & durability (NVH), powertrain, rota 2030 , simulation, testing & vehicle networking (including automotive ethernet, & vehicle security).
The event will take place on August 15th and 16th 2018 at VERACRUZ which is well placed in the heart of Latin Americas largest Autocluster, the ABC region of Sao Paulo state. This is an initiative of the city of Sao Bernardo Do Campo, CEITEC and Autocluster ABC.
Sao Bernardo Do Campo is often dubbed the Detroit of Latin America, it is home to several major automotive companies including Ford, Mercedes Benz, Scania, Toyota and Volkswagen, in the nearby city of Sao Caetano de Sul, the cluster is also home to General Motors. This event is targeted at engineers and management working in the automotive sector in Latin America.
